This small market only has one stand, but you can shop for a variety of local produce here. Some of the produce you can find here includes potatoes, peppers, apples, corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, berries, and more. Make sure to check their Facebook page for updates on what’s available at the stand when you visit.
Athens Farmers Market
Where: 102 East State Street, Athens, OH
When: Saturdays year-round from 9 am-noon.
The Athens Farmers Market has over 70 vendors from the local area. The variety of products sold at the market has something for everyone. You can find local produce, baked goods, homemade jelly, wine, live plants, cut flowers, and more! More than 100 indoor and outdoor vendors sell antiques, crafts, lawn art, and furniture here. The Hocking Hills Market is a perfect place to buy a souvenir to commemorate your vacation in the Hocking Hills.
