Hocking Peaks Adventure Park

Once you go through the paperwork and get to the first platform, a knowledgeable guide talks everyone through how to zipline, how to control descent, speed and the harness. It’s a pretty complete talk and makes you feel confident enough to take on the course.
You begin low and slow, with lines that all the family can use. Once complete, you can move up to a higher zipline or stay where you are. There are higher ziplines for those experienced, or brave enough to try, including a line where you fly like Superman through the trees. In all, Hocking Peaks Adventure Park has 15 ziplines and 30 aerial challenges to overcome, making it a great day out.
Slidezilla is a 180’ long water slide and begins 65’ up in the air and rapidly brings you down to ground level. The OGO balls are inflatable balls made of clear plastic that you get inside and roll around, a fun but very different activity. Painball is great fun too if there is a group of you. Gun and paintballs are available to hire, so you don’t have to bring your own gear.
Disc golf may not be on everyone’s bucket list, but we would encourage you to try it. It’s a game of patience and skill that is a national sport. If you need a breather between activities while you’re in Hocking Peaks Adventure Park , these are ideal.
